Waverley Circle terms

Who can join

Anyone with a Waverley Bath Board Co. customer account may apply. We review every application ourselves and decide at our discretion; we aim to reply within three business days. Until we approve an application there is no referral link or code, and nothing to share.

If you refer people as part of a business — a real estate practice, a shop, a gifting company, a publication or channel — tell us so in your application. Business memberships are reviewed the same way, and the rules below apply to everyone alike.

What counts as a referral

When we approve you, you get a personal link and a personal code. An order counts as your referral when it is placed through your link, or when your code is used at checkout, and it is completed and paid. Orders you place yourself may be treated differently from orders others place — see credit, below.

Attribution follows the order: if someone clicks your link and later buys, the order is yours for as long as our attribution lasts, which is currently sixty days from the click. If they use another member’s code at checkout, the order is that member’s.

Credit

Referrals earn credit toward Waverley Bath Board Co. products. Credit is issued as store credit on your customer account and is spendable at checkout on this store. It is not cash, cannot be transferred, and is not paid out in any other form.

The rate at which a referral earns credit is being finalised. During this interim period, referred orders are recorded against your membership and shown on your Circle page, but no credit is issued and no rate is promised. We will publish the rate here, as a new version of these terms, before any credit is issued.

If a referred order is refunded or cancelled, the credit it earned is reversed. If that credit had already been issued and spent, the shortfall is recovered from your next referral.

Your link and code

Your code is permanent once issued: it is how your history is filed, and it cannot be changed without losing that history. You may share your link and code with people you know and in places you control — a card, an email, a shelf, your own website or channel.

You may not buy advertising on our name, bid on our brand terms, post the code on coupon or deal sites, or present yourself as Waverley Bath Board Co. You may not refer yourself through another account. We may pause or end a membership that does any of these.

Pausing and ending

We may pause or end a membership at any time, and will tell you why. A paused or ended link keeps working for anyone who has it — nobody who scans your card should hit a dead page — but it stops earning. You may leave at any time by writing to us; any credit already issued to your account stays yours.

Not a real estate incentive

The Circle rewards you for introducing another gift customer to us. It has nothing to do with real estate transactions, and nothing here is a referral fee for real estate business. If you are a licensed professional, your regulator’s rules and your brokerage’s policy govern what you may accept; check them.

Privacy

We never show you who bought through your link — only that an order happened, when, and what it earned. We keep a record of each referred order and each credit against your code so we can explain any balance to you. We do not share your details with the people you refer, and we do not share theirs with you.

Tax

Credit you receive may be taxable to you, particularly if you receive it in the course of a business. That is between you and your accountant; we do not withhold anything and we do not give tax advice.

Changes

When these terms change we publish a new version here, with a new version number and date, and we tell existing members. Continuing to use your link after that is acceptance of the new version. The version you accepted is recorded against your membership.
